Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and ACSTST VANTAGE ("we", "us"). By paying for or using a service you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose. If something is unclear, ask us before you pay.

1. What we do

We improve the information and review tools on your Google Business Profile. The Profile Tune-Up includes: a profile audit; categories and services; a business description and Q&A entries; hours, holiday hours, service area and attributes; a review link with a printable QR code and message templates; reply templates for reviews; and a one-page before-and-after report with a 15-minute walkthrough call.

The one-page website and monthly care are separate add-ons for Tune-Up clients. We describe and price them in writing before you pay for them.

2. Fees and payment

The Profile Tune-Up is a flat $299, paid once and in advance. Monthly care is $149 per month, billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time before the next billing date. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

3. Timeline

We aim to finish the Tune-Up within five business days from the moment we have access to your profile. If we are waiting on you for access, approvals or photos, the clock pauses until you reply.

4. Access to your profile

You give us access by adding us as a manager through Google's own invite settings. We never ask for your Google password, and you should not send it to us. You can remove us as a manager at any time. When the work is finished we will remove ourselves unless you are on monthly care.

5. Your approval

We do not change your listing without your approval. We show you the proposed changes first, and you tell us which to apply.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You own or are authorized to manage the business and the profile.
  • The information and photos you give us are accurate, and you have the right to use them.
  • Your business and listing follow Google's guidelines for Business Profiles.
  • You keep your own accounts secure.

7. Reviews

We never write, post or buy reviews, and we do not offer anything in exchange for reviews in a way that breaks Google's rules. We provide tools that make it easy for your real customers to leave an honest review.

8. No guarantee of results

Google controls how listings are ranked and shown, and it can change its rules, remove information or suspend a listing at any time. We cannot promise rankings, calls, visits, reviews or revenue. We promise to do the work described in these terms.

9. Our use of AI tools

We use software, including AI writing tools, to help draft parts of the work. A person reviews the work before it reaches you, and nothing is applied to your listing without your approval. We share with these tools only the business information needed to do the work.

10. Refunds

  • If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund.
  • If we do not deliver the items listed for the service you paid for, we refund the fee for the part we did not deliver.
  • If something in our work is wrong, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it at no charge.
  • Once the work is delivered and correct, the fee is not refundable.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited.

12. Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may stop providing a service if you break these terms or ask us to do something that breaks Google's rules, and we will refund any part of the fee for work we did not deliver.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version applies to services you buy after the change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States state in which ACSTST VANTAGE is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. ACSTST VANTAGE is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
